What changed
Staff control panel owns Admin Controlcenter, Alliance Controlcenter, Multihunters and support alongside users and news administration.
Dedicated staff workspaces use a separate browser save and do not automatically advance the staff gameplay planet or submit its fleet snapshots.
The ingame Administration menu is hidden by default. Staff control panel provides a toggle and link to the original ingame staff view.
Existing administrator API permissions still protect every staff operation.
