Version changelog

v0.126.7 · Shared treasury orders and galaxy exile votes
  • Alliance donations debit once and arrive after eight reported ticks, with central rank and allowance checks.
  • Alliance structure orders use ordinary-tax pricing, reserve their slots centrally and complete after three ticks. Building grants are acknowledged once by each owner.
  • Exile proposals and distinct minister approvals are shared; the Galaxy Fund pays once.
  • Long planet names stay within Politics cards at tablet widths.

v0.126.6 · Reliable Havoc delivery, smoother treasury trading and compact command information
  • SF-124/SF-130: A narrower, readable right sidebar with compact reserve cards and asteroid counters. Connection details stay in a disclosure.
  • SF-125: Removed unnecessary numeric spinners while keeping useful tax and stepped controls.
  • SF-126/SF-128: Recent Signals is a contextual header module with category preferences, artwork and navigation through the latest twenty enabled reports.
  • SF-131: Havoc configurations are delivered once to each planet owner, including active sessions at 1:1:1. Stale colony reports cannot overwrite a pending delivery. Other fleet slots and missions are retained. Existing failed distributions are not retrospectively recreated.
  • SF-132: Personal Alliance Fund trading waits for an in-flight colony report and refreshes/retries settlement conflicts before submitting the exchange. Persistent failures show the actual reason.
  • Audit: the 240-tick population surplus simulation and prior defect reproductions pass. Shared exile voting and delayed alliance donations remain open audit items.

v0.126.2 · Compact command column, complete planet editor and diplomacy repairs
  • SF-117/SF-118/SF-123: Per-resource asteroid counters remain in their rings. The page keeps more space below the header. Info, resources and Recent Signals now share a 248px column, widening the centre; the Info card returns to the header on small screens.
  • SF-119: Isolated Havoc confirmation, per-race ships, resources, roids, research, construction, speed and central apply/restore checks passed. Fixed the owner research/building mirror and the research progress object; preserved stable legacy alliance identities across repeated staff saves.
  • SF-120: Alliance proposals require acceptance. Relations show war bonuses and remaining ticks. War requires a shuffled universe and five planets per side, permits one primary target with optional target allies, and lasts 48 ticks. First/higher-ranked targets gain +5 capture points / +25% capture XP; secondary cases gain +3 / +15%; other targets during war receive -5 / -25%. Undefended captures earn XP, ship destruction alone does not, and asteroid distribution cannot make a resource field negative.
  • SF-121: New shuffled galaxies begin at cluster 1, galaxy 2. Legacy shuffled galaxy keys are repaired atomically with planet slots, treasury and stronghold references preserved. Galaxy 1:1 stays pinned; this is not a reset or reshuffle.
  • SF-122: The planet editor loads all 1,453 current and retired catalogue worlds. Changing type updates the survey and bonuses while preserving other colony assets. Unknown worlds and duplicate unique worlds are rejected.
  • Validation: 565 automated tests passed; 25 game pages rendered without browser errors; five viewport widths had no document overflow. Concurrent sessions and the remaining SF-068 shared-workflow audit are not certified by this fixture.

v0.126.1 · Audit repairs for scans, galaxy controls and layout
  • SF068-M01–M05: Single scans and sweeps share eligibility checks. Sweeps skip ineligible target/type pairs before charging. Incoming scans target home once per sweep; Jumpgate uses travelling fleets rather than docked ships. Unknown composition/guards stay unknown. New reports use real line breaks; historical escaped breaks remain readable.
  • SF068-SOC03–SOC05: Practice exile voting charges Galaxy Fund, not Alliance Fund. GC galaxy name/message and Development Minister donation-resource policy are centrally persisted. The deposit endpoint enforces disabled resources. Shared exile approvals and central delayed alliance donations remain open audit work.
  • SF068-SOC06: Staff structure placement follows active claim slot policy, including slots 16–20 for galaxy 1:1, and retains existing assets.
  • SF068-L01/L02: Repositioned the decorative rail circle to avoid document overflow. Population survey content and compact tax controls can shrink and wrap at intermediate widths.

v0.126.0 · Alliance income controls and cleaner galaxy navigation
  • SF-116: Real population tick observations are retained until central settlement. Several ticks between colony reports now convert their recorded full-housing surplus once, instead of treating those observed ticks as missing history. No unrecorded past growth is fabricated.
  • SF-068 (partial audit repair): Rendering construction no longer treats building projects as ship orders or erases their remaining work. The broader manual audit remains in progress.
  • SF-115: Bonus CU uses the same building eligibility as ordinary construction. Refineries and other facilities no longer require obsolete research gates. Active and queued projects retain their reserved slots.
  • SF-112: Alliance tax shows projected revenue before saving. Strong Encouragement charges own members in the active stronghold galaxy at 0–7.5% in half-percent steps, with a separate configurable rank permission. Ordinary tax and bribes settle once with each recorded colony tick.
  • SF-112: The alliance income ledger separates ordinary tax, bribes and total. Structure prices use only projected ordinary tax, never bribes. Projections identify how many members have reported income; historical missing ticks are not invented.
  • SF-113: Each alliance tab has its own configurable rank permission. Inaccessible tabs are hidden and a revoked active tab falls back to an allowed tab. Existing server action permissions remain enforced.
  • SF-114: Galaxy Browser and Alliance Intel show occupied planets, structures and memorials only. Navigation uses existing galaxies and stops at the ends; coordinate display uses 1:1:1 while internal directory keys remain stable.
  • SF-110: System messages stay in the journal but are excluded from Recent Signals.
  • SF-111: Round reset clears every ingame forum scope. The previously requested one-time forum cleanup has already completed; this release performs no further reset.

v0.125.2 · Keep galaxy 1:1 outside redistribution
  • SF-109: Galaxy 1:1 is excluded before randomisation and temporary coordinate staging. Its planets keep their exact coordinates and data during both manual shuffle and automatic tick-12 distribution.
  • The explicitly requested round reset clears current colonies and shared round state and prepares new charters. Accounts, ownership keys, memorials and historical generation-scoped receipts remain.

v0.125.1 · Ecological base growth at full housing
  • SF-107: Ecological base growth uses habitability, biodiversity, moisture, inverse rockiness and founding population. Biodomes add growth; research and the existing planet growth modifier multiply the result. Even a zero-Biodome planet has positive potential growth. At full housing this growth converts to Galaxy Fund resources, including ordinary levy zero, with fractions carried forward and no extra residents removed. Frontend, settlement, projections and manual use the same base calculation.
  • SF-108: Desktop development tiles are 56 pixels high. The full-size Info panel overlays the right rail instead of making all five tiles tall. The moving banner remains transparent.

v0.125.0 · Alliance Shipyards and cooperation milestones
  • SF-100: Owner, HC and Officer can fund mixed member-race ship orders through Alliance Shipyards using combined member factories. A race-column matrix allocates hulls to a member’s existing fourth fleet and Launch Bay. Alliance Ships cannot transfer to Base or personal fleets. Sales return 50% catalog resources to Alliance Fund after 12 ticks; delivery, loss and sale counters reconcile once with launch and readiness fences.
  • SF-101: Universe offers Total overview, Planets and Alliances submenus. The total view stacks the original statistics with the top ten alliances and selected alliance member details: ruler, planet, asteroids, score, population and XP. Missing reports remain unknown.
  • SF-102 and SF-098 correction: The complete header follows the viewport without clipping or internal scrolling. Its wrapper background is transparent, while navigation cards and Info retain readable surfaces.
  • SF-103: Education adds saved workforce assignment goals at 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100%. Capacity research alone does not complete these goals. Every step has escalating resources, CU and RP rewards in the existing reward treasury.
  • SF-104: Alliance cooperation replaces the repeated forum dispatch ladder with one rewarded alliance-forum post objective. Existing claim history is retained.
  • SF-105: Alliance cooperation counts real Defence departures to current alliance members, starting at zero. The first fleet matches the existing defence quest reward; 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 fleets grant increasing resources, CU and RP. Fake Defence, rejected launches and cancelled scheduled departures do not count.

v0.124.0 · Population levies and quiet order confirmations
  • SF-093: Ministers choose 0–5 residents per planet per 24 ticks, with a rolling five-resident cap. Verified unused growth at full housing converts into Galaxy Fund resources even at a zero ordinary levy. The population register separates actual levies, overflow conversions and next-tick projections; unobserved historical ticks are not invented.
  • SF-094: A read-only audit matched all nine round-24 trade receipts with Universal Bank collected fees: 3,850 metal, 2,620 crystal and 2,500 eonium. The older zero-fee direct-bank receipt predates the 5% default deployment.
  • SF-096: Authorised planet editors can apply a settled government immediately, clearing pending anarchy. Reset and command identifiers prevent stale replays from changing later player revolutions.
  • SF-097: The first Galaxy Browser opening follows the authenticated home galaxy rather than the practice seed; subsequent manual browsing is retained.
  • SF-098: Development navigation and Info stay together at the top while scrolling, with a bounded scrollable header on smaller screens.
  • SF-099: Accepted construction, research, asteroid, ship, fleet and trade orders share a persisted background confirmation ledger. They no longer open order popups or add order news; errors and ordinary completion or combat reports remain visible.

v0.123.0 · Fresh game data without reloading command
  • SF-092: Each game-page opening reads fresh central data. Concurrent navigation shares a read; stale account, reset and navigation responses are rejected. Local tick, resources and pending projects remain intact. Site and theme caches retain their previous settings, superseding SF-091.
  • SF-083: Adjacent game stylesheets are bundled without changing their cascade order, the runtime download starts earlier, and hidden-page planet artwork loads lazily. Initial directory reads recover one transient failure, stalled reads have a bounded timeout, and directory retry avoids reloading the document. The release now includes its database migration beside the hosting manifest.
  • SF-084: The current-structures register uses content-sized rows, smaller icons and compact costs while retaining all effect text.
  • SF-085: Construction order reports use readable full-width news cards in a bounded scrollable modal.
  • SF-086: Spaceport has a third Alliance Fund tab for personal resource exchange with finite alliance reserves.
  • SF-087: The alliance-page exchange is reserved for Owner, HC and Officer exchanges between alliance reserves and the Universal Bank. Atomic settlement, rank, reserve and revision checks protect shared balances.
  • SF-089: Fees from personal fund exchanges are deposited in the Universal Bank in the received resource, atomically with the exchange.
  • SF-090: Galaxy Fund exchange charges 1%, rounded up to whole resource units. Alliance personal exchange retains 2.5%; direct bank exchanges follow the configured standard 5%.
  • SF-088: Quartus Relay joins the original worlds with its own survey and artwork, the same 20% battle-salvage eligibility as Earth, and no separate interface theme. Existing planets are not reassigned.
