What changed
SF-109: Galaxy 1:1 is excluded before randomisation and temporary coordinate staging. Its planets keep their exact coordinates and data during both manual shuffle and automatic tick-12 distribution.
The explicitly requested round reset clears current colonies and shared round state and prepares new charters. Accounts, ownership keys, memorials and historical generation-scoped receipts remain.
