SF-124/SF-130: A narrower, readable right sidebar with compact reserve cards and asteroid counters. Connection details stay in a disclosure.
SF-125: Removed unnecessary numeric spinners while keeping useful tax and stepped controls.
SF-126/SF-128: Recent Signals is a contextual header module with category preferences, artwork and navigation through the latest twenty enabled reports.
SF-131: Havoc configurations are delivered once to each planet owner, including active sessions at 1:1:1. Stale colony reports cannot overwrite a pending delivery. Other fleet slots and missions are retained. Existing failed distributions are not retrospectively recreated.
SF-132: Personal Alliance Fund trading waits for an in-flight colony report and refreshes/retries settlement conflicts before submitting the exchange. Persistent failures show the actual reason.
Audit: the 240-tick population surplus simulation and prior defect reproductions pass. Shared exile voting and delayed alliance donations remain open audit items.
