What changed

Alliance Attack tool adds private targets and one active claim per player; administrators cannot bypass claim limits or claim permissions.

Owner, HC and Officer can manage operations by default; Members can claim targets. Recruitment ranks cannot claim by default.

Calculator uses one compact ship worksheet with Attacker and Defender columns, class colours, arrow-key navigation and spreadsheet paste.

Fresh game state explicitly stops the ticker and clears the scheduled start; resetting a round clears attack targets and claims.
