World charters, expanded quest offices and the Spacing Bank Collective

Discover unique worlds, exclusive interfaces, detailed rewards, a finite universal resource exchange and a clearer staff portal.

What changed

Final charter confirmation uses two columns: identity and controls on the left, planet artwork and full stats on the right.

The mobile confirmation stacks both panels and remains scrollable. Planet assignment and entered values stay unchanged.

Round-reset wording now reflects removal of planets followed by new charter registration.

Planet Overview displays the same assigned-world artwork as colonial registration, with type, habitability, growth modifier and starting housing.

Planet register: named Star Trek and Dune worlds, twenty once-per-round Borg/Undine worlds, Earth, Ultimate Arrakis and Unimatrix999 Homeworld. Lore-inspired ecology and generated gameplay survey values are labelled.

Registration stays fixed across refresh and permits three server-counted rerolls. Unique names and reservations prevent duplicate world charters. Ordinary worlds at 60% habitability or lower leave new selection; special worlds are exempt.

Arrakis has −1 tick fleet travel for the round; Earth receives 20% bonus salvage from destroyed attackers and defenders when it participates. Unique charter broadcasts conceal the holder and coordinates.

Exclusive Silver, Borg, Undine, Legendary, Ultimate and Unimatrix999 styles apply automatically and appear only for the corresponding holder and staff.

Every achievement office offers at least fifteen supported goals, in an ordered upper menu. The summary tab contains statistics. New rewards include resources, CU, RP, settlers and research-gated structures; blocked structures convert to their CU cost.

Spaceport adds the finite Spacing Bank Collective, starting at one million of each resource per round. Staff controls tax, values and limits; admins configure next-round starting reserves. Exchange receipts settle atomically.

Five-character read-only account IDs appear on profiles and command cards. Staff workspaces operate without a planet, and round settings display an inline saved timestamp.

Staff overview and the new portal Staff page show a full personnel roster and duties. Staff and the placeholder Round history page are linked in the top menu.

Galaxy Browser initially opens the player’s own galaxy and includes a Go to 1:1 button. Leading Of is omitted in the planetary command display.

Site management retains the news editor and adds global toggles for Round history demo examples and the simulated battle lab. Real completed round archives automatically replace fictional examples.
