Bugfix · Research bonuses finish the active project

Allocating enough bonus RP completes the slotted research level and frees its project slot.

What changed

Bonus RP now clears the active research slot when that level completes, including levels below the branch maximum.

Surplus allocated RP remains attached to the next level; unspent bonus points remain in the bonus bank.

The current round is preserved.
