What changed

Matching Light, Medium and Heavy factory pools include preparation work and pause when no relevant factories are assigned. Cruisers use Heavy factories.

Construction and research rates use documented race bases, additive workforce/government bonuses and a capped laboratory percentage. Starfall population and round modifiers remain.

Existing paid orders retain quantities, destinations, costs and completion percentage through a one-time migration. Historical mixed-order cost splits are approximated from their preserved total. No round reset.
