What changed
Bank reads validate response type and session status before parsing data. A transient read failure receives one bounded retry; sign-in errors offer a sign-in link.
Bank endpoint failures return controlled JSON errors, and normal bank reads no longer issue schema-creation statements or redundant reserve initialization writes.
Exchange submissions are never automatically repeated by read recovery. Existing revision checks, transaction receipts and duplicate protection remain in place.
